and ya la...
went up to swim team's meeting and found out the training camp date and the brand we are gonna use is arena...
this year, i'm so not gonna buy suits...
firstly,
i have a lot at home...
buy them would be a waste of money and i dont even know when i would use it...
secondly,
personally, i'm not use to using arena's products.
thirdly,
the design dont suit me...
so ya..
went down for lunch,
was raining quite badly...
ya.
sat with sher and chatted...
so sorry that i reali cannot take 88 with you...

saw lots lots lots of people there...
the blue was having break in the canteen...
and i tell you peeps,
our cheerleading peeps cannot compare to st nic's...
their's was SUPERB...

starting when i first met her,
i thought that she was some cool dude that is fun to be with..
in everything she was given to do,
she's very committed to it.
she is also a very kind person.
no matter what happens,
she would be there to help.
maybe thats why everybody looks up to her...
i been looking up to her like what others do...
i have no phobia or anything...
i dont have fear.

it pains my heart.
i remembered when my cousin had an accident and was sent to the hospital while all of us were alright.
i was five.
when she was being mounted onto the stretcher,
i cried.
i was very scared.
when my aunt need to go the the hospital for an operation,
when i heard of that news,
i cried on the spot.
to people,
i may not have tears.
but when people leave me,
i reali would cry.
really.
when i was P2,
i always have the same nightmare for 2 weeks.
i dreamt that i was attending a funeral...
at that point,
i prayed very hard that it is not any of my parents, relatives, siblings.
everytime i hear this slow song,
it would remind me of death.
at that time,
this song is reali popular..
and it sounds soothing,
to me,
i would cry immediately.
you would never know how strong people are by judging them by their looks as looks can be deciving.

wed cos of the printing of cover page...
have to print 150 pieces and ya...
the printers are not laser kind so its v slow...

thursday cos of PFT...
got 26 points...
can get 27 lor...
my shuttle run missed by 0.1 sec to get B...
wahlao...
my incline pullup cant get last year's PB...
my top 2% gone...
fly...
flew out of the window..
my sit and reach got PB...

dunno whether can get top 2% for that:)

read the suspense stories...
the woman in the story was v evil...
she can actually kill her husband with a frozen solid lamb leg...
put it into an oven and went to the grocer
bought the stuff and went back.
saw her husband on the floor dead,
called his colleagues.
she cried and cried and cried like its nobody's business?
ya la...
then even asked them to eat up the lamb leg she used to hit her husband...
so evil right?

dropped to math in the basement and most of the class were rushing for art..

during the rehearsal for the second exit,
it hurts alot.
cannot take it and went to rest.
iced the knee twice,
talked to sareen and raychel.
talked to the mam
and went back to school.
got the stuff and went to the canteen.
2H peeps are cool.
they were counting down to the time when we can get our phone out.
seriously,
if i stayed in 2H,
i may not be that happy but i will when i am with the team...

i'm happy, satisfied, tired, scared and ya...
happy cos i finally, after nine months of hard work and training,
i finally touched my PB for free!
new record for back!
new record for breast... stroke!
dont think wrong, people... dont think wrong.
finally finally finally...
i'm happy!
i dont have to face stressful training without touching 36 n down...
when relay,
i v scared i will get the team down...
was quite bad actually...
