100 IM with fins fast
300 IM drill with fins
100 IM with fins
200 IM drill with fins
100 IM with fins
10x50 kick 25 fast 25 slow
then relay.
first one: 100m free relay..
damned. i almost died lah.
didnt sprint for 100m for quite a long time..
although i did lots of distance swim..
second one: back relay
third one: fly relay
fourth one: free relay
fifth one: breaststroke relay
sixth one: medlay
yeah..
and i wanna kill a person..

eh. i swam the last leg of fly then haven recover yet he ask me swim second leg of free
